Refunds & Returns Policy
Returns
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unopened
- In their original packaging
- In the same condition as received
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Due to the nature of skincare, hair care and personal care products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.
To request a return, please contact info@decere.co.uk.
All returns must be authorised prior to being sent back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at info@decere.co.uk as soon as possible with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Supporting images
We will assess the issue promptly and arrange a suitable resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
- Opened or used skincare, hair care or personal care products
- Sale items
- Gift cards
If you are unsure about a product before purchasing, we are happy to assist.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return your product (if eligible) and place a new order once your return has been approved.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.
